EMMS Stronger Museums programme

East Midlands Museum Service have accepted Strutts North Mill on their Stronger Museums programme, supported by Arts Council England. It's a fantastic opportunity to share experiences, training opportunities, mentoring and peer support. The scheme started with a two day residential session at beautiful Launde Abbey in Leicestershire. It's a retreat centre and the peace and tranquility seems to have helped us all make a good start on the next six month's involvement with the programme.
